Before we speak, you’ll complete a structured intake process – a deep, considered set of questions that map your history, your patterns, and what your system has been carrying. I review this carefully before we meet. That preparation means our 30 minutes together are not spent gathering surface information. We go straight to what matters.

By the end of our conversation, you'll have:

A clear picture of what your system is actually carrying — named and mapped.
An honest assessment of whether HRT is the right fit for your system.
A recommended pathway — whether that's the 12-week individual program, the Soul Resonance Sanctuary™, or something else entirely.
Clarity on what has kept the pattern in place — and what addressing it at the root level looks like.
